    A live, guided meditation group held every week.

    These sessions are designed to help you:

    - regulate the nervous system
    - release emotional tension

    No experience is needed, and replays are always available if you can’t attend live.

    You’ll receive:

    - a short 5–10 minute guided audio
    - a gentle reflective prompt or worksheet
    - a mindset reflection or affirmation

    Everything is designed to be supportive — something you can dip into when life is busy.

    Group Mentorship Session

    Once a month, members are invited to a longer live group session that includes:

    - group mentorship and / or teaching
    - space for reflection and reassurance
    - optional Q&A

    These sessions offer insight, emotional perspective, and a sense of being held — without intensity or pressure.
