These classes are for those feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or mentally stretched. They offer support for busy thinking, practical tools to steady racing thoughts, and a space to step out of constant mental noise.

When You Need
Space Without Pressure


This is a safe, non-judgemental environment where you don’t have to perform or get anything “right.” There’s time to simply be, with no expectation to speak beyond your comfort. Open to both beginners and experienced meditators.

When You Want to
Feel More Grounded


Each session is designed to settle your nervous system and reconnect you with your body. Through guided meditation, breath awareness, and grounding practices, you’ll build steadiness and consistency over time.

to Something Deeper


Grounded and practical, these classes also carry a subtle spiritual awareness for those drawn to it. Led by experienced medium and healer Simone Jones, they offer space to explore inner stillness — and a quiet connection to something greater.

Monday Evening Online Meditation

A structured, calming space to begin the week steadily. Each session includes guided meditation and breath awareness, helping you settle and refocus before the week gathers pace.

Perfect if you prefer joining from home or need flexibility around your schedule.

Saturday Morning In-Person Meditation

A slower, more embodied start to the weekend. Sitting together in person brings a different depth — shared quiet, collective presence, and a grounded atmosphere.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. Bring a cushion if preferred.
