My Services
Reiki and one-to-one healing sessions are available by appointment with Simone in Newport, South Wales.
Each session offers a gentle space to pause, rest and reconnect. Depending on what you need, your session may include Reiki healing, sound healing, chakra balancing or intuitive spiritual support. Every appointment is approached individually, with care and sensitivity, to support deep relaxation, energetic balance and emotional wellbeing.
Spiritual Therapy
A supportive one-to-one session for times when you feel emotionally overwhelmed, uncertain or disconnected from yourself. Simone combines intuitive guidance with gentle spiritual and energy-based practices, creating space for reflection, reassurance and a steadier sense of direction.
Reiki Healing
Reiki is a gentle energy-healing practice that supports relaxation, balance and emotional wellbeing. A Reiki session may be helpful when you feel stressed, energetically depleted or in need of quiet time to reset.
Simone offers private Reiki healing sessions in Newport, South Wales, tailored to meet you where you are.
Sound Healing
A private sound-healing session uses therapeutic sound and vibration to encourage deep relaxation and help the body and mind settle.
This may be a supportive choice if you feel tense, overstimulated or emotionally tired and would benefit from a quiet, restorative experience. These are individual appointments rather than group sound baths.
