Sound Baths with Simone
Immersive evenings of sound, stillness, and deep rest.
Simone’s sound baths offer a space to switch off from the outside world and settle into the body. Using crystal singing bowls and carefully held space, these sessions invite the nervous system to slow, the mind to quieten, and the body to soften.
Held three times a month across two peaceful venues, each session is an opportunity to fully rest — without effort.
Who These Sessions Are For
When You’re
Mentally Tired
If your thoughts feel constant or overwhelming, sound can settle what thinking alone cannot. These sessions offer relief from stress and mental overload, giving you space to rest deeply without needing any experience — or effort.
When You
Need Proper Rest
This is genuine rest — not distraction, but a real pause. You’ll lie down in a structured, steady environment with no expectation to talk or participate. Simply arrive, settle, and allow yourself to switch off.
When You
Struggle to Switch Off
If stillness feels difficult, sound provides a natural focus that helps calm a busy nervous system. It supports physical and emotional release while encouraging better sleep and recovery.
When You Want
a Shared Atmosphere
Resting together brings a quiet sense of connection. In a small, welcoming group, the space is carefully held — with a subtle spiritual awareness for those open to it.
Hanley Farm Sound Bath
Held once a month, these evenings take place in the peaceful setting of Hanley Farm, offering a calm, rural atmosphere that supports deeper relaxation.
You’ll be guided into stillness before being immersed in layers of sound from crystal singing bowls, gong and chimes. Simply lie down, get comfortable, and allow the experience to unfold.
Please bring something comfortable to lie on and a blanket for warmth.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Sound baths may not be suitable for those with sound-induced epilepsy, severe sound sensitivity, or certain unmanaged mental health conditions.
