Refund Policy
This policy outlines how refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are handled for services offered by Simone Jones.
The intention is to keep things clear, fair, and respectful of both your time and Simone’s.
1. Appointments & 1:1 Sessions
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice can be rescheduled or refunded
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable
If you do not attend your session, it will be treated as a missed appointment and is non-refundable.
2. Online Sessions
The same cancellation policy applies to all online sessions.
Please ensure you are available at the time of your booking and have access to a stable internet connection.
3. Events, Workshops & Sound Baths
Bookings for events and group sessions are generally non-refundable
If you are unable to attend, your place may be transferred to another person (please notify in advance)
In some cases, credit or transfer to a future event may be offered at Simone’s discretion
4. Memberships
Memberships can be cancelled at any time
Cancellation will stop future payments, but does not refund the current billing period
You will retain access until the end of your billing cycle
5. If Simone Needs to Cancel
If Simone needs to cancel or reschedule a session or event:
You will be offered an alternative date, or
A full refund will be provided
6. Exceptional Circumstances
Life happens. If something unexpected arises, please reach out.
Requests outside of this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis, with care and understanding.
