Learning to Forgive Workshop

Forgiveness can feel like one of the hardest things to do…

Not because we don’t want peace— but because we are still carrying the pain.

This gentle and powerful 2-hour online workshop is designed to help you understand, process, and begin to release the emotional weight you may be holding onto.

This is not about forcing forgiveness. It is about creating awareness, softening resistance, and allowing healing to begin.

During this workshop, you will:

  • Explore the true meaning of forgiveness

  • Understand the emotional stages of hurt, anger, and release

  • Identify the hidden beliefs keeping you stuck

  • Learn how your perception shapes your experience

  • Take part in guided exercises to support emotional release

Inspired by transformational approaches similar to Peter Crone, this session will help you gently separate your story from the truth—allowing you to reconnect with a sense of inner peace.

You will also experience:

  • A guided forgiveness meditation

  • Reflection and journaling exercises

  • A safe and supportive space to process emotions

  • Optional sharing (always at your comfort level)

This workshop is for you if:

  • You are holding onto hurt, anger, or resentment

  • You feel emotionally stuck or triggered by the past

  • You are ready to begin letting go—even if you’re unsure how

  • You want to feel lighter, calmer, and more at peace

What to bring:

  • A notebook and pen

  • A quiet, comfortable space

  • An open mind and heart
